Íø±¬³Ô¹Ï, UTSA to launch School of Public Health

The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (Íø±¬³Ô¹Ï) and The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) are collaborating to establish a research-intensive, community-centric school of public health to improve health outcomes and reduce disease complications and mortality in South Texas. 

The University of Texas School of Public Health San Antonio, approved by the UT System Board of Regents on Nov. 18, will also address demand for public health professionals in San Antonio and the South Texas border region and meet strong demand for public health education in the COVID-19 era. 

Both Íø±¬³Ô¹Ï and are federally designated Hispanic-serving institutions.
