For those in Class of 2028 or previous: Our dual-degree program offers a customized MPH degree through in-person and online coursework at the UTHealth Houston School of Public Health and transferable credit for public health related components from the Long School of Medicine curriculum. Flexibility and customization within the MPH degree allows students to combine with the traditional MD preparation.

For those in Class of 2028 or previous: Since this is a dual-degree program, you will need to apply first to the Íø±¬³Ô¹Ï Joe R. and Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine (MD), followed by the UTHealth Houston School of Public Health (MPH). You must meet the admissions requirements for each degree as outlined by the specific schools.
